Uliya Vladimirovna Gulevskaya was born in 1959 in the city of Nizhni Tagil, the Sverdlovsk region. She studied at the Kharkov Art College and the Kharkov College of Art and Industry from 1979 to 1985. She became a member of the Artists Union in 1990. She has taught at the Children’s Art School since 1985 and at the Voronezh Art College since 1996. Since 1985, she participated in regional, zonal, All-Russian, All-Union and international exhibitions. She is a Laureate of international poster competitions (Moscow, 1987; Varshava, 1990; Brno, 1994). Best known for her skills in painting, graphic arts and serigraphy, she lives and works in Voronezh.
