Sergei Petrovich Gulevsky was born in Voronezh on April 13, 1954. From 1980 to 1985 he studied at the Institute of Arts in Kharkov, Ukraine. He has participated in Union, Republic, and foreign exhibitions. He is chairman of the Voronezh Artists’ Union, director fo the art school, and the dean of the Art Institute. He is now a member of the Artists’ Union and lives and works in Voronezh.
