Anatoli Petrovich Marinin was born in the city of Tambov in 1944. He graduated from the State Kiev Art Institute from the department of painting. He participates in regional, zonal, republican, All-Union and international exhibitions. He became a member of the Artists’ Union of the USSR in 1984. Some of his paintings are kept in the Tambov museum of local lore. Marinin lives and works in the city of Tambov.
