Nadezhda Lozhkina was born in Izhevsk in 1964. She graduated from the Repin Institute of Art in St. Petersburg. Her diploma painting was exhibited in Moscow and France in UNESCO’s halls. She often participates in city-wide exibitions in St. Petersburg, her favorite city, where she lives and works. Many of her paintings are in private collections in Russia, France, Finland, the United States, and Israel.
