Valeri Azouvtsev was born on September 21, 1942 in the village of Klyavino in the Kuibishev Region. In 1961 he entered the Art-Theatrical Institute in Erevan and graduated from there in 1968. He became a member of the Artists’ Union in 1982. Azouvtsev lives and works in Voronezh. He participates in Republic, Zone, and Foreign exhibitions.
